Energy Studies & Certification

  • Building Energy Studies Building energy performance is calculated under the Greek energy performance regulation (KENAK).
  • Photovoltaic installations for buildings Net billing offsets the energy a building exports to the grid against what it draws from it.

Mechanical & Electrical Installations

  • Heating & Plumbing Installations The performance of a heating system depends on many factors, starting with the efficiency of the generator.
  • Fuel Gas Installations We undertake the design and delivery of natural gas projects for homes and commercial buildings.
  • Air Conditioning & Ventilation Air conditioning is the control and regulation of temperature, humidity and air quality in a space.
  • Electrical Installations Electrical installations are delivered to the ELOT 60364 standard.
  • Medium Voltage Substations A medium voltage substation is required wherever a building's demand exceeds the low voltage supply.
  • Swimming Pools We undertake the design and delivery of swimming pool projects, private and commercial.
  • Smart Home Home automation covers a broad and steadily growing range of building systems.

Permits & Project Management

  • Building Permits Preparation and submission of mechanical and electrical studies for the issue of building permits.
  • Small-scale Works Approvals Small-scale building works approval (EEDMK) covers works that do not require a full building permit.
  • Cost Planning & Project Management Before works begin, a detailed bill of quantities and cost plan is prepared for the project.
  • Electronic Building Identity We handle the Electronic Building Identity for your property and the issue of its certificate.
  • Legalisation of Unauthorised Works Law 4495/2017 allows owners of properties with unauthorised structures or changes of use to regularise them.
